Waste Nothing

City of Toronto logo
Was June 13 2014 to July 18 2014.

All three types of election signs can be recycled: corrugated plastic (also known as "Coroplast"), fibre based (paperboard), and plastic film ("sleeve" style signs), as well as wooden and metal stakes.

Signs must be removed by end-of-day June 15. They will be accepted at depots for free until July 18.

Please ensure that you separate all wooden stakes, metal supports, staples and screws from the signs. Collect plastic sleeve signs in a clear plastic bag, and tie shut when full. Please do not bundle your corrugated plastic signs or mix signs made of different materials.

This applies to Election signs.
